- A rodizio style restaurant - Food and beverage establishment providing table service at the bar and in the restaurant with kitchen and grill. - 238 guests and 45 team members working - Located in the city centre managed by BID district. Have both district and building security and a high end district

What type of terrorist attack is likely to occur at the premises?

- Stabbing - ensure we have trauma kits to ensure we look after the affected person until the paramedics arrive - Bombing - ensure we have more routine checks around premises for suspicious items or items in general left behind unattended for more than 30 minutes. - Evacuation - ensure we have better means of global communication at once in the restaurant when something happen

Have you identified relevant workers who must receive terrorism protection training and ensured it is provided to them?

- 70 - Yes - Allocated through the Head office and managers at site ensuring all is completed within arranged deadlines, all online. - Fully compliant with all required legalisation and compliance training for the restaurant. Only once completed they commence the work and are also internally introduced to 'walkaround' where we take them through personally our restaurant induction them to everything relevant for H&S and for the job in general

Who will put the plan into action in the event of an incident? How is the plan and relevant information being communicated to workers at the premises?

- There is always a designated 'Duty Manager' do make critical decisions, Head of departments (manager or supervisor) responsible as designated person responsible in the department - Always fully trained person to fulfil these duties across all premises - All competent always present - All compliance training completed


Task 1 – Plan to warn people on the premises than an attack is taking place
